ALL STARS
Purpose
1. To field a team from available players within RLL to win their respective tournament
Manager
1. Nominations from Coaches
2. Acceptance of nominations by Director
3. Appointment by Division Director
4. Approval from Board
5. Manager selects up to three Coaches
Players
1. Coaches nominate players (any player in league no limit
All players that are league age may be nominated, regardless of the division that player played in during the regular season
2. 10 Players selected by regular season coaches
3. 2 Players selected by all star manager
4. Coaches vote for 10 players, 10 votes-1 per player
5. Assume 6 coaches
a. players with 6 or 5 votes make team
6. If ten players are selected voting is over and manager selects last 2 players
7. If less than 10 players are selected, players with 0 or 1 votes are removed from list.
8. Coaches vote for remaining players. Each coach will cast 1 vote per remaining spot on team
a. Players with 6 votes make team, if 10 are selected voting is over and all-star manager selects last 2 players.
b. Players with 5 votes make team assuming it does not exceed 10 players
1. 10 players selected, voting is over and all star manager selects last two players
2. If less than 10 players are selected players with 0 or 1 vote are removed from list
9. Repeat step 8 until 10 players are selected
